    Subscriptions and Credits

    How report credits work, where to see your balance, and how to manage your subscription.

    Credits

    A credit is a prepaid report. One credit covers one report order.

    When your balance is above zero, the payment step is skipped. The last button reads Generate Report, and the credit is applied when you submit.

    If the credit cannot be used, the payment step comes back and you pay by card instead.

    Your Balance

    Click your profile icon in the top right corner. A badge under your name shows your balance, for example 3 Credits Available. If you see no badge, your balance is zero.

    Managing Your Plan

    Open the profile panel and click Billing & Subscriptions. This opens the secure billing portal, where you manage your payment methods, your subscription and your receipts.

    Free Reports and Discounts

    Refer a Friend. Click Copy Referral Link in the profile panel and share it. Your friend gets a free report on sign-up, and you get one when they use it. Open the link and finish signing up in the same session, so the code is not lost.

    Enterprise codes. Enter your Enterprise Code under Join an Enterprise and click Join. Your team discount is then applied at checkout.

    Report updates are free

    Adding newer documents to a report you own costs no credit and does not charge your card. A report can be updated once.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    The badge only appears when you have at least one credit. If it is missing, your balance is zero and your next order will ask for payment.

    Yes. A brochure is an option on a report order, not a separate purchase, so it uses the same single credit.

    Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing month. For any other question about a credit on your account, contact support@stratareports.net.
